Globsyn has, over the years, extended its Software Finishing School framework to help corporates train their fresh engineer recruits and experienced professionals. Globsyn is among the largest training providers for entry-level engineers for clients such as IBM, Tech Mahindra, eRevMax, SkyTech, among others.
Globsyn offers a wide range of training competencies spanning across technologies including, but not limited to, databases, application programming, software engineering, hardware, legacy systems and languages, mainframe technologies etc. All entry-level training programs are designed and developed in close consultation with the client and focused on the project(s) where the new recruits would be deployed post their induction training. Training curriculum development includes preparation of presentations and handouts, test papers, project cases etc. Apart from technology skills entry-level training programs also include critical soft skills trainings including, among others, communication skills, presentation skills, cross culture etiquettes etc.
Trainings are typically conducted in batches of 10 – 30 candidates each with concurrent multiple batches. Batch sizes are limited to a maximum of 30 candidates to ensure training effectiveness and optimum knowledge absorption. Trainings are rigorous in nature and take place for 5/6 days a week and 8 hours a day. |
