Utpal SenGupta a Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur and a MBA Gold Medalist from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad led the US Foods major ConAgra's affiliate in India, Agro Tech Foods Ltd. (ATFL) as President and CEO for eleven years. During his tenure Agro Tech Foods developed from an edible oils company to a Rs. 1,000 crores integrated packaged foods business. Before joining ConAgra and ATFL, he worked for the consumer products giant Unilever in India and abroad for twenty-four years. He was also the Chairman of the AP state chapter of the Confederation of Indian Industries (CII) during 2008-09. He has also been past Chairman of CII's National Committee on Food Processing and Chairman of CII's Foodpro '99. He has lectured on different topics at the premier management institutions in the country. Mr. SenGupta started a programme called 'Feeding Children Better' while working with ATFL and is actively associated with several institutions engaged in providing education, nutrition and healthcare to underprivileged children in different parts of the country. |

Mr. Pratip Kar is a well known Finance specialist with an experience of over 30 years in the field, a major part of which was devoted to the securities market. An academically inclined professional, Mr. Kar’s interest areas are teaching and research in corporate governance; regulation and development of securities market, establishing regulatory architecture for securities market in emerging market. A key contributor to the transformation of the Indian securities market and in the formulation and implementation of policy for developing, modernising and regulating Indian securities market in his capacity as Executive Director of SEBI, Mr. Kar has also served as the Dean of Finance and Corporate Governance at the Tata Management Training Centre (TMTC). He has also worked with Stern Business School, Harvard Business School and Ross School of Management of Michigan University in delivering programmes on leadership and strategy at TMTC. A prolific writer, Mr. Kar has a number of publications to his name and is a regular contributor to financial broadsheets such as Economic Times, Financial Express, Business Standard etc. |

A Computer Science Engineer from Syracuse University, USA, Romit has completed his executive education in management from IIM Ahmedabad and ISB Hyderabad and has done his Masters in Family Business Management from SP Jain Institute of Management & Research. As the head of 'Globsyn Innoventures', Romit is currently engaged in exploring new business opportunities to help the group expand its portfolio of Services and Products in the areas of Retail, Education and Healthcare . Romit has been a speaker at various forums and seminars, including among others at TiE and the House of Commons (UK). He has spoken on a variety of subjects including, Technology, Innovation, and Education, and has published several articles on Future of Digital Media, Management Education in India and Innovation related topics. Prior to coming to India, Romit was responsible for growing Globsyn's technology business based out of New York, USA.
