Mr. Bikram Dasgupta who is known for his achievements in the Indian IT industry started ‘Globsyn Infotech Limited’ (GIL) in the year 1997 at Kolkata. Certified by IBM as the ‘IBM Centre of Software Excellence’ the company is known for software development services in the areas of legacy system applications, enterprise business solutions, Web-based development, and multimedia solutions. It has successfully delivered different offshore projects including projects for Konnects Inc., Partsearch Inc. to name a few. In the 2006 ‘Globsyn Infotech’ under Mr. Dasgupta’s leadership acquired a BSE listed company ‘Synergy Login Systems’ which enabled GIL to enter the BFSI market.

Today ‘Globsyn Infotech’ provides product and solution suites for Treasury Management and Payment Solution to top banks and other financial institutions across South Asia, South East Asia, Middle East, Africa and the United States of America. It has development centres in Kolkata, Mumbai, and Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia and also has a marketing office in New York, USA.
