The clincher was that there would be in this, as in all things I like to do, an opportunity to learn. Then too, I wanted a business which had extension possibilities. And finally, I say this with impunity, I felt "good" about it. This feeling "good" is hard to quantify, much less qualify, but recognisable when it happens, as many will testify. It is, not to get too sentimental, a blessing. In retrospect, there were no heroics about the move. I simply did what came to me naturally.
